防爆自动起落传动系统

本系统由防爆电机、、蜗轮蜗杆、、卷筒等组成？？Ｄ芄皇沟婆淘谥昂蔚匚恢粘，，，设置过扭矩；；、、拥有自动、、手动两种操作职能。

● 挂钩系统

本系统设置了自动挂、、脱钩卸载装置(且有限位开关)。使灯盘不受风力作用产生扭动景象。主钢缆处于卸荷状态，，，可保障灯盘在恶劣气象情况下处于不变状态。

● 钢缆导向滑轮系统

该组件由三组滑轮臂成120，，， 分列并被固定在灯杆顶部固定支持架上，，，每组滑轮臂装置有:

①平生光滑密封的特制轴承;

②专用于灯盘自动锁定，，，脱落的卸载装置;

③高分子非金属绝缘资料的滑轮，，，对电缆理论无危险;

④预防钢缆滑出导向轮的限位装置。

● 导向及制动系统

此系统在灯盘正常_上升和降落过程中起导向作用，，，一旦钢丝绳产生断裂时，，，此系统起制动；；ぷ饔，，，预防灯盘坠落。

①导向系统通过弹簧压紧的尼龙轮使灯盘在起落过程中始终处于对中地位，，，预防灯盘偏斜与灯杆碰撞、、危险灯杆或灯盘防腐理论。

②制动系统由彼此成120°分列的三组装置组成，，，由三块制动器同时楔入灯杆来实现。-旦悬吊钢绳再次拉紧，，，制动器从灯杆上放松使灯盘能够重新起落。

③在钢缆处于卸荷状态时，，，制动器始终；；に。

● 防雷接地装置

防爆高杆灯设置有专用的接地装置，，，其接地电阻不大于100电器防爆处置。

③Cable plling supply, control box and lighting cable adopt special locking device to connect.

● Explosion-proof automatic lift and driving system

It Is composed of explosion-proof motor, worm wheel and drum, lamp panel can stop at any position, torsonal moment protection, with manual and auto operation functions.

● Hook system

This system is with auto loading and unloading device(with limit switch), the lamp panel will not move by the efecet of wind, Main steel cable is in relef state,to ensure it can be in stable state even in bad weather.

● Steel cable guide block system

It is composed of three groups of block arm of 120° , aranged and fixed on the top of lamp pole,each group mounting:

①DLife time lubricate seal axletree;

②Special lamp panel can be locked by itself, drop unloading device;

③Macromolecule non-metal insulation material axletree, it does not damage the surface of cable;

④Limit device can prevent the steel cable from going out of the guiding axletree.

●Guiding and break system

It is used to guide the lift of lamp panel, if the steel cable breaks, this can make break protection to prevent the lamp panel flling off

● Lightning protection earth device
